The proposed valley chicken processing is located at Siddhalek Rural Municipality-6 (Former Kumpur VDC 1, 3&4), Dhading, Nepal. Geographically, the project site is in 27.81351°N and 84.83702°E at an elevation of 348 m from mean sea level (msl). It occupies an area of 64 ropani (3.25 ha) of private land. The proponent for proposed Valley Chicken Processing is Valley Chicken Processing Pvt. Ltd. Live poultry for slaughter house is imported from different parts of country like Dhading, Chitwan, Tanahun, Sunsari, Nawalparasi, Rupandehi, Kaski etc. Fresh and frozen chicken meat are supplied in Kathmandu valley, Dhading, Kaski, Chitwan, etc. The annual production capacity of the slaughter house is 3305 MT of frozen chicken meat, 944 MT of debone and portion products and 472 MT of further processed products.
