Mr Bijaya is an enthusiastic person, passionate and ambitious towards achieving goals. He is qualified Master Degree holder in Environment Science and has a license of advocate advocating for sound environment. His expertise knowledge in Monitoring and Evaluation, Environmental Assessment, OHS, training planning and facilitation, documentation, implementation of programs and proposal writing. He has significant exposure in projects funded by donors like World Bank. He has good communication and liaison with counseling skills. His association as executive member in Nepal Environment Society and Environmental Expert in NEA has proven his contribution towards safeguarding sound environment. He believes with a smile in face, regardless of the circumstances, being positive and focused on assigned work ensures quality work.
